We take pride in every job—big or small—and want to ensure that our work continues to meet your expectations long after we’ve packed up our tools. If you notice an issue with an area we repaired or replaced, we guarantee to come back and evaluate it at no extra cost within the warranty period.
🔍 What’s Covered
All labor and workmanship related to services completed by R.E.M. General Contracting
Inspection and reassessment of completed work if concerns arise
Minor touch-ups or adjustments if required due to workmanship
This warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by external factors (e.g., weather, tree limbs, animals)
Pre-existing issues or materials provided by the client
Improper maintenance or misuse by the property owner or third parties
⏱️ Warranty Period
Our standard warranty period is 36 months from the date of service completion. Extended warranties may be available for certain projects—just ask us during your estimate.
